This Privacy Policy describes how the NPC Iron Breed Classic event organizers ("we," "us," or "our") handle information in connection with the website located at www.ironbreedclassic.com (the "Site"). The NPC Iron Breed Classic is a National Physique Committee (NPC) sanctioned bodybuilding competition scheduled for October 10, 2026 at The Atlantis Center in Lynn Haven, Florida. The event is promoted by Kim Sellers, with co-promoters Chris McMullen and Marianne Mandeville.

When you click a registration or admission link on this Site, you will be directed to Muscleware's platform. Any personal information you provide during registration or ticket purchase — including your name, email address, payment information, and competition details — is collected and processed by Muscleware under their own privacy policy and terms of service. We strongly encourage you to review Muscleware's privacy policy before submitting any personal information on their platform. We are not responsible for the data practices of Muscleware or any information you provide to them.

6. Photography, Videography & Media at the Event
The NPC Iron Breed Classic is a public, spectator-attended athletic competition. By attending or participating in the event (whether as an athlete, coach, spectator, vendor, or in any other capacity), you acknowledge and consent to the following:
- Official photographers and videographers (including De La Photography and other designated media) will be present and actively capturing images and video throughout the event.
- Your likeness, image, voice, and/or performance may be captured in photographs, video recordings, live streams, or other media.
- Such media may be used by the event organizers, NPC, sponsors, and designated media partners for promotional materials, social media, websites, print publications, advertising, and any other legitimate business purpose, without compensation to you.
- You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the copy that may be used in connection with such media.
If you have specific concerns about your image being captured, please contact us before the event so we can attempt to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee complete exclusion given the public nature of the event.
